Progressing our technology developed for 100 yeas

Our company funded by my great-grandfather have gotten a relationship with the Institute for Materials Research, Tohoku University since my grandfather retired a technical officer at the institute. After that, we have developed various materials research equipment with university's professors advisement.
As we celebrated our 100th anniversary in 2022, we have taken on numerous challenges to meet our customers' demands. We take pride in possessing essential technology for melting and rapid solidification techniques of various materials, which are in demand worldwide. We continue to improve our technology.

Commissioning test and equipment for sale

We have delivered over 330 unit experimental equipment so far. Initially, our device development heavily relied on ideas from university professors. However, we aimed to become more independent as a company. Thus, we installed demonstration equipment and started commissioning test service.
We are challenging commissioning tests for inexperienced metal or non-metal material which customer requests, certain on our technical department. Nowadays, we have a gas atomization big data with over 1000 experiment recipes. We are certain that the number of experience point won’t yield in the world.

Custom made Development of something new	We’ll design and fabricate the custom-made equipment having the process of melting to rapid solidification based on the customer concept.

*The external dimensions of the equipment exclude ancillary equipment such as gas and cooling water, as well as the required installation space for operation. If you requests resizing, we’ll redesign. Size modifications for the equipment are available as an additional option.
